That's Rui-kun from Harebare Biyori. I'm using her as a PFP because I think she's adorable. Adorable in that "man will literally just see this and type 'daughter'" meme kind of way. I'm not into lolis. Also, the ears are a kitsune spellcraft thing. Rui-kun doesn't actually have them.
