[Forums] Failed to set avatar/banner if the GIF are too 'large'

Uploading avatar/banner GIF that are 'large' will failed without any additional info (From console log, it seems returning gateway time out error).
Uploading GIF that are small seems works fine (~15kb) and only large GIF are failed (~4mb+).
9Mb+ PNG works fine.

Here example GIF if you want to replicate it (You can try any GIF if you want ofc):
~4mb GIF (for banner)
~7mb GIF (for avatar)
