[Forums] Forum's main 'menu' strange behavior

On the left side there's menu

• Home
• Forums v
• What's new v
• Members v

'What's new' and 'Members' are proper submenu all the time. But 'Forums' most of the time is just link to main page. SOMETIMES it suddenly turns in to submenu with options to 'find topic', 'topics with my posts', etc. I can't reproduce conditions for these changes between simple link and proper submenu but I'm sure it's not intended behavior.

It's an issue in scroll, when you are at the top of the page, the forums sub menu is not displayed, but if you scroll down , the "V" sub menu is displayed, I only use Firefox not sure if is an issue or intended functionality

Also, it affects the active category, you're on "Forums"? it affects Forums, you're on "What's new"? It affects that one instead and same with members
