Forum's timestamps [Implemented]

Is there any way to change forum's timestamps from AM/PM to 24h mode? Very annoying. Can't find anywhere in setting :/

There is, but it's not for user to decide. It's configured via Xenforo Admin Page as global preference

Why is it global preference? That makes no sence, every forum I registered to have user preference how to display timestamps.

Just added it in User preferences, select "English (US) (24h Timeformat)

Well, sorry if it looked like complaint/whine. But thats really strange why do something globally if it can be done locally with little JS.
