I actually went back through the chapter after noticing the missing credits page. While the story itself is interesting (and thanks for translating and the work on that), the crazy credits commentary is an expected bonus now for kyuukei (for better or worse).

So it was specifically a cropped porn image that did it? Or was there some really crazy text accompanying it this time? Desensitized to most porn images, but wondering if the text was more or less crazy than the increasingly-crazy norm.

The fox credit pages clearly look like credit pages, you can instantly tell they are not a part of the manga, and immediately disengage from them if you so desire. The newer credit pages don't, you have to spend a second or two reading into them to tell whether they are a continuation of the manga, bonus content from twitter, or just random dickery from the uploader. And that ends up dampening my impression of the manga.

Once more my message to people who whine about Kyuusei shenanigans:

Does not work this way with the newer credit pages. I don't find the fox content funny, but I can skip it. With the newer credit pages, I don't have the choice of not looking at porn, unless I drop the manga or block the group.

Personally, in my humble opinion, this is bullshit.

While it is technically cropped porn, it didn't show anything pornographic. It was the head of a girl, making a funny expression, talking about Elden Ring.
If I open up a hentai doujin and crop out a random roadsign, will MD also remove it for being cropped porn? Technically it is, it's from a hentai doujin.
Maybe it's the expression? I'm sure there are a lot of Safe manga out there that have a girl make such an expression for comedic effect. Will MD rate them all as pornographic?
Or maybe it's the artstyle? That artist is easy to recognize. Would you remove non-pornographic SFW art from this artist?
In fact, what if I found a standalone art of this artist where a girl makes the same funny expression, but the rest of the image is SFW and I only cropped out the head? Would you also remove it?

I have no problem if it was removed simply for being cropped porn (even if it didn't show anything pornographic). I don't make the rules, I just follow them. But claiming it exposes people to pornographic content when nothing pornographic was shown is madness.
For those that don't know it's porn, it's a silly face. Those that know it's porn and complain about it are hypocrites that read loli hentai doujins in their free time.
