In Front Mission, most of the plans never goes well. Except during Canyon Crows campaign, while USN campaign, not so much.

So the OCU was in a so much desperate situation that they needed to resort to such risky plan, or was that as the troops used were mercenaries they did not care about the risks as the benefits are huge?
