Reality doesn't have frame rate. This would be ok with a "VR game" setting, not a fantasy world one. Getting game-type information windows is barely ok here, but bringing in frame rates?

It's stupid, but it's not as egregious as Taskmaster defeating Quicksilver by watching martial arts videos in fast-forward.

I'm serious, Taskmaster's power is being able to recreate whatever moves he sees and Marvel thought that it was plausible for him to gain superspeed by watching sped-up videos.

After a whole week this dumbshit still makes the mistake of turning his back on an enemy just to say lookie what I did! Like some five year old looking for his mama's approval. Everytime Ursula hits this idiot or yells at him is more than justified. In fact, I don't think she's abusing him enough! This girl's patience is amazing.

Anyway, it only makes sense that if he can use that super vision to see how to dodge an attack, he should be able to use it to accurately make an attack as well.

1. Teleportation, so far as it actually exists, doesn't mean time is broken down in units. It just means you don't need to go through the space between point A and B when going from A to B. That's a space concept rather than a time concept.
2. From what I know, electrons don't "teleport" from one layer to another. We just can't precisely locate electrons, so we can only represent them as "probability fields".
3. There is a minimal unit of time we can measure. This only reflects on what we can measure, not what time really is. It's like a range of real numbers between two integers. There is an infinite number of numbers between 0 and 1. We can't possibly individually represent them all, which is not to mean that they don't exist. We can't even fully represent some numbers we can precisely define, like pi or e.

All this to say that, just because you can "see faster", this doesn't mean reality gets frame rates.
Unless you end up watching reality by stopping time for fractions of seconds at a time.
