I kinda get the explanation of 'oh this job can be strong but you have to put in ridiculous amounts of effort so nobody does it' explanation, but then the MC just puts in a lot of effort and becomes strong... i dunno, it would be logical if he starts ridiculously early but he starts at age 4 instead of 7 which seems to be normal, but I cant see why 3 years would make such a big difference

@VincentYamato This one is different from others, the world is excessively retarded, because only a braindead 3rd rate excuse of a living being would ever, EVER consider alchemist to be a bad job. It's like the world is full of jocks who only see worth in being athletes. Without knowing that the ball tehy love to toss around was created by the achievements of people like you.
Moreover it seems like the prejudice stems from the fact that people are too lazy to commit to a class that might actually be badass.
THe description immediately made me hate the people living in that country because, it's like those pathetic noobs that claim that an OP class is trash tier, because they, with their actual trash tier skills, cannot master the class more intricate systems. Meaning a country of casual losers.

The goddess tell the MC everything that will happen.
The MC put his nose in everything that’s not related with him , the classic garbage good two shoes MC.
MC call the goddess about every little thing.

This could have been better going the 'slow life' route.
The only reason support mage and alchemist are considered 'crummy' is because the people in that world (and frankly, the author as well) are just too combat-fixated.

Alchemist has been pretty well covered by other commenters, so let me just say that with five minutes of thought, a support mage ought to be considered as a fundamental part of a village, farm, guild, and so on.

• Physical strenghtening to let everyone work in the fields all day and still have energy to go dancing at night? Sold!
• Magical strengthening to ... uhm, I might have something to write here if we'd seen any other magic job so far.
  (actually, magical strengthening + Healer seems like a pretty obvious combo for emergency care)
• Recovery strenghtening? That's basically a bodybuilding superhack.

And since the size of the buff apparently depends on "proficiency" and not on the mage's level, why would they even need to go out and try to kill monsters?

Reito probably could have figured all that out for himself, but that so-called goddess conned him into becoming a murder-hobo instead.
