Those spell conditions make no sense for a great sage to set.

Turn great demon lord into a fluffy monster instead of something grotesque, then seal is released if a target loves the cute monster, then he just need to kill that person. Something that shouldn't be difficult to do for a demon lord warranting a seal from the great sage.
