Sachiko the source of everything Haruhiko endured, everything was fucked up with mc thank to her. Wonder what she did to Emiko and Ryuuhiko...
Think Mifuyu realized why Haruhiko was like that and they make up, Reiko being dumped went back to Isato too, albeit having a yandare around is kinda risky... scratch that... alter-ego of Haruhiko is now with Isato and Reiko can stalk someone else.
