It was already shown before and is even repeated in this chapter that his attribute color is black.
The thing is that the "black" attribute is extremely rare and so no one actually knows anything about it.
Hence most people in that world probably assume that "black" = "no magic affinity" which is incorrect as we learned from that plot rescue message that came in just as the MC was about to die.

Finally he's a young man not a young boy. Also plot armor activates when needed. And she cares way too much about him though they just met. She was another reincarnator like him so why was she in the god zone place? Anybody can just go between worlds and guide the reincarnaters? And why is someone so knowledgeable and seemingly important a mere barkeep?

Also unlikely, perhaps she knows about Towa and/or is a descendant and that is why she's going so far to help someone she just met. But unlikely and I don't think the plot or characters are developing too great.

@katanon She works as a guide, and mentioned that she'd seen a lot people with "his eyes". That suggests she does this out of an unusual degree of willingness to act on her empathy towards others. So she really does care way too much. Plus I think there's something else she's not saying, considering she was there the moment he appeared. With the barkeep, he was the first guy the guide thought of to meet to get the MC his skills, so they probably have a professional connection. So he would therefore have connections a normal barkeep would not, because he's not just a barkeep. Though the story could proceed to faceplant into cliches and fail to meet any of these expectations I just set up. We'll see.
