So I assume those zombies are binded with Raoul family and friends actual souls, and he already perceived that he was talking to rotting corpses.
I assume their soul went to heaven or whatever the equivalent in this fcked up world, and got yanked back to earth by dark magic.
And since Raoul is literally the king of hell, he cannot go to heaven anymore, so he's just spending one last time with them.

Wouldn't surprise me if he literally went something like "Thank you for giving me the chance to meet my friends once again, now it's your turn" or something like that in the next chapter 😂
