There is no implication of cheating though. If anything, it makes sense that he would go for someone he knew beforehand. As far as i can see ,he had 3 years worth of blueballing to get rid of so he acted fast lol. Understandable.

When joining a shady-looking college tennis club actually results in tennis instead of penis.

Love the subversion of the gyaru-ohs and playboy-looking dudes all being wholesome and harmless guys, while the dorky-looking ex turning out to be the carnivorous playboy-type who's banging a new girl mere hours after they broke up.

I'd like to say that her idea of revenge was super dumb and flawed in the first place, since even if she got herself gangbanged by the stereotypical college YariCir, it wouldn't really have hurt her ex:

1. They're ex-lovers already.
2. He was the one who dumped her (for someone new as we clearly see.)

In fact, it might have even made him feel vindicated for dumping her, because then he'd just see some filthy slut in the (theoretical) aftermath pics she planned to send him, instead of the girl who was his ex. But it all worked out in the end for her, I guess.

Maybe we need more of these actually wholesome college clubs in manga. And rocket launchers. Can never go wrong with more rocket launchers.

Yes, but with just college circles in general, not just the tennis ones.

The type of sleazy circle she was expecting to join is called a ヤリサー "YariCir" (short for yari circle, literally meaning: fuck club) - I'd say it's become a fairly common trope involving college students in spicier manga. Usual setup often includes a naive freshman college girl joining her circle's drinking welcome party, which almost always happens to be filled with playboys and gyaru-oh type senpai on the prowl for fresh meat.

Not sure when did that trope start, but it might be related to the Super Free college rape club scandal in early 2000s Japan.

BTW when she's first waking up at the tennis court and not knowing what's going on, and then the next pages, the sfx is 'pako', which is plausibly the sound of the racket hitting the ball, but is known better as sounds of sex and in particular meeting up for random real life sex which you've probably seen as 'off-pako'.
