Thanks for the chapter
Yep, rarely do "evil gods" in isekais actually live up to that title. Here she legit sided with the daemons and had her apostle kill heroes. This is probably one of the most legitimate reasons I've seen for calling someone an "Evil Goddess". Usually it's nothing but a smoke screen to hide who the real evil is, but she actually did something most people, including neutral and informed people, would qualify as evil.
not only that but the special case of Japanese os that their view of god is so distant that in Noah's view, they might as well be atheists and yeah, open season for believers XD.... or believeR.In short, since the natives are pretty much indoctrinated from birth to venerate the holy gods, the only chance she got is to turn outsiders, in this case the otherworlders from Earth, into her apostle and grant him/her powers and hopefully use that said powers to help the natives and kickstart her new religion. Is that right?
yeah.... I might read ZAP T some point just because is thr same world..... but its so weird...Manga brings back memories from the novel. Good times. Don't care much for the author's new one.
I missed a bit the gamer resolve of Makoto as well. "being on Noah's side now is the hardest mode of all. Of course I will chose that"Somehow that felt weaker than the first time I read it as WN.
"I won't do it again because I was betrayed" is such a weak line of resolve
And want to rescue the Titans no matter if this could hurt the world with the Holy Hods ruling,.. yupThanks for the translations!

She also doesn't turn out to be "good" even after this chapter, she's currently on human's side purely for selfish reasons after being betrayed by the daemons.
I read the whole Web Novel and iirc it was never clarified. It's just something like "war happened between Gods and Titans, Titans lost". Not rly why, just the narrative of winners are the good guys, losers are the bad guys and move on.Has MC asked how titans were at least in the novel? Because the reason for their sealing could vary from "Holy gods wanted power for themselves" to "Yeah, they were all actually evil". Or is it a story about a not-good character?
It depends on which side of the fence you're on.This is probably one of the most legitimate reasons I've seen for calling someone an "Evil Goddess". @shinshom thanks for the chapter and can't wait for the next one same for the WN main story ended but still ongoing need more of itsadly on this pace the manga will reach the WN in like 10 years XD
I was mostly talking about the people on the fence, with a clear view of what's going on on both sides, which includes readers capable of seeing past what the characters tell them.It depends on which side of the fence you're on.
but still his view is valid because Noah's Apostle killed a lot of heroes, but the Holy Gods killed and imprisoned many Titans as well in the war. Who is Evil? I just think it was war, and there is not a clear good and evil.I was mostly talking about the people on the fence, with a clear view of what's going on on both sides, which includes readers capable of seeing past what the characters tell them.
That was my point. Most of the time you have something like the alleged "Holy Gods" just throwing wild accusations and made up dirt on the supposed "Evil Gods".Who is Evil? I just think it was war, and there is not a clear good and evil.
