Only one person dead and, apparently, no one arrested this time.
That's the most targeted assassination so far.
Then again, the mother is probably traumatized for life and the daughter is likely borderline psychopathic. That's still not a happy ending for the family.
I'm curious to know whether the MC here is actively twisting things to make the client regret the assassination, or if he just makes sure that they realize the truth behind their assumptions just as their target dies - in particular when the target is not the expected one... and then they regret not checking on things first.
Could go either way given his twisted nature.
