I dunno how to feel about this. I like the MC because hr is nice and all but I dislike how adamant he is on trying to break the guy's walls. That will only hurt you. I also don't like how he is consciously deciding to remain in love with someone who has no intention of loving him back (as readers we know they'll end up together but the MC himself said he decided to remain in love even if it's never reciprocated like a fan or whatever).

The positive thing I can see about the MC is not making things super awkward when they're having these group activities so I gotta hand it to him. He handles rejection well in this regard.
