Depends, really, but since this is a weekly release,we would probably translate till end of that chapter. (if I was in 3.1 I'd do 3.2, 3.3, 3.4... butt I won't do 4.1)
The reason we drop a series when licensed is because, honestly, we could be translating other stuff in the meantime if it's gonna be translated later anyway.

I usually go rawkuma if it's an old series. if it's a weekly release, I try to download from the sourse. (I ask ppl who know how to do it to help me by downloading from the source).
