Also: it's not clear how dangerous these ghosts actually are. Yes, they can apply force, and they tried shoving someone onto a train. But it is still incredibly unclear just how dangerous each ghost is.
Most of the times, ghosts just come across as something really creepy that is usually really easy to run away from. But that's about it.
