It's rare for Ito to make such a whimsical request hahahaha

I don't know the origin or anything, but could "Obiwa" be as mentioned in earlier chapers, O-(honorific)Biwa(loquat)?

Because I did find some loquat candy (nothing looking like it though, but then I definitely don't have the skills to look for japanese candy)

(First I though that the explicit mention of color shifting would mean the candy was named for biwa pearls, but apparently that name is later anyway)

@Simpleton The candy in question was 帯輪, so not an honorific o-. The obi is like the kimono obi sash and wa is circle/ring. It could be a very local sweet, or just very old so there are no digitized records.

@toriaezu Ah, well so much for that theory of mine. I'll keep to the one I didn't mention about he candy looking a bit like the name describes, so the name is probably related to the shape (and thus might disappear simply because a new shape became popular or easier to make)

Thanks for all your answers as well as all your work. :)

thanks so much for working on this series! I'm really enjoying it, and it seems like translating it is a lot of work!

I love their dynamic and how well they get along but how they still have strong personalities in their own ways
