This feels a bit... unusual, inappropriate for this manga? 90% of it has been light hearted gags. We did have that recent arc with trying to prevent a death, but even then... it seems completely out of nowhere to suddenly have a creepy naked pervert guy.
why tf do overpowered girl characters always lose their powers when a pervert stalks them? the "usually strong girl needs to be saved by comparatively weaker man she then falls in love with" cliche is not only sexist (don't care) but also BORING AS FUCK. There are other ways for man to save girl from X thing that doesn't involve physical strenght. Some authors have found a way to do this, it's really not that difficult.
