Lerunda being all pouty is so adorable.

If the mangaka was making a big deal out of her growing, a good point to put in there would have been how the shoes Grandma made her were a bit too big. Because Grandma would know Lerunda is a growing girl, and it would be a terrible shame if she outgrew those wonderful shoes in just a few months. Better if she has to wear an extra pair of socks to help fill them in now than not be able to wear them so soon.

So circling back a bit, when she was still in the village, her Miko powers were affecting the entire country and ensuring they had a bountiful harvest

Well, I’m pretty sure that connection to her home country has been fully and completely severed at this point so are the crops failing? are things starting to fall apart over there? How long does it take them to realize that the sister isn’t actually a real Miko? Are they just gonna keep thinking oh she’s not happy enough? Or is somebody gonna bite the bullet and say, I’m gonna try slapping her. If God doesn’t kill me, she’s a fake.

Lan is a really great influence on Lerunda, always explaining things the way they are in a manner that her still developing mind can comprehend and allowing her to make her own choices. And when she realizes Lerunda is getting down, she cheers her up by giving her leisure time that a child should properly have.

Honestly, I wish the other additions that keep popping up weren't there and the refugees that kept threatening the village and attacked (killed in the LN) Roma were chased away, though. The refugees especially have not done anything to deserve sympathy from Lerunda or the readers. Ilma is a freak and the bird guy is suspicious too, I wish they would have dealt with the refugees before those two came up.

The child of god role Phyto is playing started from a real person with power, and the subsequent ones were doing it mainly to keep their people united.
Lan suggest the first one might've been a miko i.e. just like Lerunda.

Phyto suggest that since her people served a miko before, then as a real one has appeared she should step down and they should divert their worship to Lerunda.

Lerunda want Phyto to keep being her friend instead of this worship-like stance she's taking.
Phyto agree, they go to sleep in the same bed that night.

Next day Phyto wake up a miko's knight (changed hair color)

The passage of time is WEIRD... The last time we got a birthday I thought it was some "community social thing", since everyone was congratulating everyone and maybe it wasn't a year already. But now we're hit with a clear "NOPE! A full year passed. And all that was shown happened in this time frame".
Now I wonder ho many months Phyto has actually spent as a "hostage"

If I'm not mistaken the community birthday was celebrated as such because they were still on the run/deciding where to build the new village.
