The implication of both statements is almost completely different , which one is correct ?

Previous one made more sense, though. Here she's threatening to rape the girl named 'lesbian' for being straight, using a mushroom dildo.

In the previous one she was threatening to take Mara if Yuri didn't hop on that dick first.

@Kayriel: First, I interpreted the threat as more of "I'll thoroughly seduce you and drive you crazy with forceful sex" than outright rape. Second, this kind of "threat" is exactly unknown in ecchi and hentai comedy manga/anime, in my experience (much more so in hentai, where the logic of "it's not rape if they enjoy it" is the dominant handwave, outside of the mindbreaking-rape subgenre where you're almost certainly not supposed to sympathize with the slimy rapists).
