Two ways:
1) the press of bodies blocks the signal enough to lower reception quality
2) the number of devices pinging the tower at once overloads its capacity and makes the network sluggish/inaccessible (this is far more likely than #1)

this manga really is a 10/10. I typically hate slow burns but this manga proves if it’s done really well, it can be enjoyable. Well written characters and a focus that really makes you bought in.

Yeah, the slowburn is not too slow and also not too fast. The slowburn also makes sense too compared to some other slowburn that has a moron MC for 100 chapters.
