I would 100% vote for this for the award if they didn't make it unnecessarily complicated this time around. They really hate the opinions of people overseas.

In what sense you find it complicated? It not being on english? Use screens/site translator which is an included feature on most browsers nowadays.

The only real requirement is that you need to log-in with X/Twitter or gmail, then the process is quite intuitive since you don't have to write any japanese shit. Comments are totally optional so that's a big save for us.
