Probably. Ryouga and Reina were apparently following the example of Riku and Kanako back in the day, but Luluca and the others got a bit too into questioning them and teasing them. Ryouga reacted very poorly, which resulted in Reina scolding Luluca for trying to do the same thing to Shunpei and An and for Ryouga having "no idea how to treat girls." Ryouga probably does like Reina despite it all and is happy she's still single.

@NamekazeMinato thank you for the warning note that the seats were changed! I would have been in trouble if I kept using the old seating chart.

Also, one thing no one discusses is the worldbuilding. I know that concept usually is more grandiose in connotation, but look at the name chart: each student has a name, distinct look, and preferences. That's usually lost as the non-focus characters are treated as generic NPCs until the plot demands, but in Futari Bus, they join or exit the main plot whenever it makes sense, like how Ema and Reina interrupted Shunpei asking An about the festival. It's an elegant touch.
