If Aiji wants to be redeemable, he needs to really reflect on his behavior and start working on them, like giving Arisawa her much needed apology first of all.
And finally the wakeup call Urara needed to find out Aiji's behavior. It took Jun's multiple attempts and even Arisawa to warn her (for it not to go through) so I'm glad she witnessed the kiss to finally realize!
