To the scanlator: I had a look at the raws and had a crack at translating this. You've done way better than me and I can definitely sympathise with you for leaving out all the ...king stars & hearts that peppered the speech bubbles. Who the hell speaks with a star at the end of every sentence? What's it supposed to sound like?? I could understand if they had been limited to the new receptionists speech as that might indicate she has an effervescent personality, but the mangaka had applied them to everyone.
If I was Japanese, I think the Japanese version would be hard work to read.

all props go to the translator, I just clean and typeset.
I purposefully try to keep things as simple as possible, and felt that all those symbols didn't add much to the way they spoke at all so I decided to leave them out.

Hearts and stars in speech bubbles aren't words or sounds exactly tho, more symbols for the overall tone of the characters voice. You lose quite a bit of nuance by cutting them out tbh.
