Very nice. Like that she went for a proposal in the end. Can’t say I understand what feelings were meant to be conveyed by her saying no but, at the very least, it didn’t feel like she said no because she didn’t love her. Like the idea that this manga is a product of the stories that were in it.

I am with you, it didn’t help me understand why she rejected her proposal, the mangaka was the only one working and paying the rent, I wonder why she rejected the proposal, the only thing I can think of is that she didn’t want any responsibilities as the wife..

I thought it was pretty meta last chapter about the manga getting axed but it really goes full meta huh.

I think the only reason she jokingly refused is because of how she's always putting off the next step of her life. Kinda fitting how when she finally move forward, their escape together will end but they're realtionship can finally move forward. I want more~
