I'm not sure if scanlators could change author names, or if the author purposefully changed their names. But the author and/or artist for this work is omi kohara and not omi kuhara. The art resembled hanazono kun to kozoe san and the way the two characters interacted gave the same vibe too. Again, there's a possibility that the author is using a new pen name or there's some other changes.
