Finding a great Josei romance manga is kinda rare, but finding something exceptional is a needle in a haystack. It's quite simple in premise, basically just two people bonding over their fascination of old architectural relics or anomalies in the city, but the style of writing and how the author writes dialogues and interactions makes it stand above the rest. Very Houkago Kitaku Biyori coded. Looking forward for more chapters.
