Nah, Kasumi is insanely in the loop! From 6 days ago: Raspberry Pi 400: the $70 desktop PC

(in all seriousness she could have been talking about a used system, and even in the US the past there have been Costco/Walmart specials at that price which were about as crap as you'd imagine, but I prefer to imagine she's just that with it and I could totally see Sakurako doing a makerspace, 3d printing her own line of "I love Kasumi" gear...)

I wondered about that myself but I don't think so. The problem is that they're in our times right now, so either the pace would need to slow to a crawl or the author would have to start moving into scifi territory since 50+ years from things will have changed too much to ignore. Like who knows, in 10 years maybe they really will have IPS babies or something.

Yes, they never mention "I love you" to each other yet they know how to express affection to each other. Especially when Kasumi answers Sakurako's direct words with continuing her words instead of mentioning anything related to the "love", as if it's already a common thing to them.

@zanonyn That's some pretty cool-looking raspberry pi Oh wow, so you can get it under $100 at Costco/Walmart! Although I can't even imagine their qualities beyond the horror. But I guess some techy people may love them as they can make real good uses out of them with repairs and upgrades.

LOL. Once Sakurako learns how to use a 3D printer, it won't take long before she prints out the entire shrine of Kasumi's figures. I can already imagine Sakurako fired up on mass producing the army of plastic Kasumi troopers while Kasumi sighs and shakes her head.

and there's enough material for 2 or 3 seasons too
