One thing that is never pointed out enough about this series it's how time moves forward. We have seen Sakurako and Kasumi's entire HS and college lives. Now we will see them as working adults. This is quite incredible to be honest.

Agreed, while I enjoyed the series from the beginning one of the things that has made it truly unique is that for once it hasn't ended with high school. In fact the author almost seems to specifically revel in change that most series avoid, right down to constant changes in dress and hair style. It's very refreshing and wasn't what I expected at all at the beginning. I'm now really wondering how far this will go.

I don't really know how popular the series is overseas. But it seems like we really gonna see their relationship during their worklife. It's just the inner monologues of realization they had in the last few chapters that made me worry the end might come soon. But with this chapter I feel more confident again that won't happen.

Ahhhh, the pureness that is Futaribeya. This is what I read when I need to rinse my brain.

Also, I'm glad that Sakurako finally kind of put their relationship dynamic into words. With how low-key Kasumi is, and how she's constantly fending off Sakurako's advances, I was expecting it to come to a head one day in the first episode of drama in their 7 years together. But I guess if she gave an inch, Sakurako would run right over her trying to take a mile.
