This is hard to read when I prefer male protagonists, I'd much rather prefer a manga with Fenrir as the male MC and Glare simping over him. I hated seeing Levy disrespecting Fenrir and how Elle always has to save the day, it makes Fenrir seem useless even though it's not his fault he can't do anything, and Elle is given OP powers for no reason (For some reason I'm fine when a male harem protagonist is OP, probably because I'm male or conforming to gender roles, but it leaves a bad taste in my mouth when the female is stronger than male. I don't think it's toxic masculinity, I think it's bias for my own gender, if I was female I would probably want the female to be stronger) And yes, I keep referring to him as male because I want him to be.

@johnpoop2529 there is a manga called Macho, from the description it full of macho men and its all about macho (I never read it though), I think it will suit your preference.

I still think fenrir is male since it was hinted that he too was an unsual successor to the previous guardian just like Elle. So I'm assuming it was the fact that he was a male royal rather than the usual female royal that becomes the guardian.
