Considering the author last work, I actually had my heart in my mouth the whole time. Like I keep expecting the feels to hit me. The gloomy artstyle also doesn't help at all

A happy ending. Thank god. The gloomy and dreary artstyle is not helping. Also when she called the boy Jun, 😢. She's moved on. Such a quiet and beautiful story told masterfully.

Oh man, this hit me in the feels. A story about a curious boy, and a couple who really love him. It seems that the mom saw Jun as a replacement for Shun, while the dad saw him was his own person. Now that she has her own child, she sees Jun as Jun, and now she invites him as Jun. How heartwarming.

It has such a simple artsyle compared to the author's other works. I like it!
