Just because she's loose when it comes to alcohol means that's just her personality. Shisuha is still a proper priestess, but also happens that she's a bad drunk, people aren't one dimensional you know.

Thanks. I subscribed to Omoi.com again (formerly Azuki.co) and binged all the new chapters they had (which was not many) but they stopped translating new chapters a while back.

May just have to start buying volumes or something to support this series. I don't know why I like it so much, but I just do.
