The highest rarity here is UR though, SSR was a step below it iirc. That, and the characters and items are both in the same gacha pool, aren't they? 33 pulls for a guaranteed SSR might still not be all that great, honestly. Particularly when they're trying to get something as specific as a healer, preferably UR. Either way though, RNGesus is ready to fuck them up, only plot armor can truly save them from his fury and actually give them not only an SSR or UR character from any of their pulls that even manage to draw a character at all, but a healer specifically.

This is why I always try to get the best healer I can with something like a free selective ticket or the initial reroll type deal. If they're going to end up being critical to advancing at some point, you just know you're gonna have shitty luck with them in the gacha.
