i am thinking she is probably a Paladin / Battle Priest, who has all points put into str and magic, has almost nothing in agi, as they can tank with heals, and just need to dish out massive dps in slow consecutive strikes.

I call shenanigans on the author! They didn't resolve the issue on where the MC would sleep or who with. Too bad he's really insecure, would've been a great scene of him between the sleeping Norl and Shisuha with Estel clutching his legs with him too hyped up to sleep. Everyone in pajamas of course. Granted he'd be a wreck in the morning with no sleep but it'd increase the bonds between party members without upsetting any of the girls.
Somehow I think MC is mistaken about what Estel senses in Shisuha. Although her strength is surprising since in the game priestesses can only cast heal spells and light magic, they can't attack physically.

Shisuha isn't just strong but also a bit of a battle maniac. Especially since in the game she couldn't attack. Fortunately it's not to the point where she's a berserker but rather than a weak rear guard she's a powerful vanguard who uses martial arts and priestess spells. Going to love MC's face when realizes this. Seems all the girls have an interesting quirk in their personalities.

@ASmileToProtect Shisuha is a priestess not a mage. Estel is a mage who can use elemental magic while Shisuha can only use holy (and maybe light,) spells.
