That's saying something... If I remember right, Arc's cloak has a mana regeneration effect that was able to restore almost all of Ariana and Chiyome's mana that one time. So for Arc to have been that tired out... He must have been teleporting a large number of people at once for several times throughout the day with barely any breaks.
