I believe that the essential and proper explanation was provided by Jpwong. Your response would leave @guardian1102 with a question of why you had uploaded 89 and 98 but not 90, 91, 92, 93, 94, 95, 96, and 97.

@oeconomist I'm only part of the group not part of the releasing/qcer.
Chapters 90 to 93 was not finished.
Chapter 90 is getting typesetted.
Chapter 91 is on hold for the typesetter to resume.
Chapter 92 is also on hold for the typesetter to resume. (Same typesetter as chapter 91)
Chapter 93 is waiting for the qcer / proofread not ready but typeset is.
Chapter 95 through chapter 97 + Chapter 99 to 100 has no translator.

I appreciate the greater detail, though I think that @Jpwong's explanation was sufficient to answer @guardian1102's question.

I wasn't and am not complaining about the state of the uploads. Elsewhere, I've repeatedly noted that there can be good reasons that someone might upload in a way that left gaps. (Some people, responding to a malevolent uploader, want to ban uploads that create gaps.)
