Gakuen no Madonna no Watanabe san ga, Naze ka Maishu Yotei wo Kitekuru - Ch. 8.1

[Migim]

wait, will we see a love confession in the next chapter, I would like it (but it probably won't be that easy and something will happen). But thanks for chapter anyway. See you next time.

Mc either chickens out/somehow cannot understand what she’s saying or gets interrupted by love rival. Most boring fucking trope ever.

[WANgue]

It’s a fishing manga - we can’t have romcom elements like that complicating the story of sportsmanship and perserviance. Cue’ing large fish sighting in 3-2-1…

[Rand00m]

Really? A cliffhanger like this?
I really hope this manga follows the recent romcom trend that have some progress on every other chapter, but then I remember this is an adaptation 🫠

Yeah, an oarfish will definitely washed ashore as a sign of disaster

[KitRagnell]

They're gonna get so interrupted

[CaptGudako]

Are the rest of the commenters noobs or something? Ojou-samas and Madonna types are always aggressive in confessions.

[BulbaCPG]

i was thinking "woah this is happening way to fast, where are my 40+chapters before mc realizes his feelings" and then the chapter ended and immediately knew she was gonna chicken out or get interrupted

[Vverg]

Massive amounts of blue balls

[NoodlesNomm]

Thats bait

[DirtEater21]

Thank you for the translation. I bet she is gonna say that she wants to fish with him more

NEVER MIND THAT, WHERE IS THAT 10 POUND MAHI-MAHI THAT HE’S SUPPOSED TO CATCH…?! WE WERE PROMISED RAW HARDCORE ROD AND REEL ACTION. BEGONE JK THOT.

[zeronatsume]

please just confess properly and no dense moment from MC please

[essensue]

"Aikawa-kun, you and I, together, when we hold our hands like this... in the rising sun... the shadow they make kind of looks like a fish..."
"You sure like fish."
