I'd suggest to get a native level english speaker to proofread it.
As it is sentences like "seem like we saw everything - how to say... pretty typical" read like either MTL or ESL.
This applies to most if not all text in this chapter, it's not very coherent.
Conjugations are off and idioms used are clearly not of english origin.
