Exactly WHAT part of this fluffy comedy in which a girl is genuinely crushing (I'd say "in love" but prolly too soon) on the MC, and is oddly assertive but also shy, and wants to spend time with the guy she likes...reminds you of the manga in which the sadist chick basically almost literally crushes the MC's balls, and verbally and psychologically abuses him to the point that a decent judge would convict her?
Cause really, I don't see the similarities...

I think they're comparing this manga to nagatoro later in the series, when she realizes she's taken it too far and mellows out a whole lot. Still not that similar, but definitely more comparable.
