Looking at the cover of volume 2. Is this going to turn into a love triangle or even something else?

On a second though, isn't the glasses girl into the gyaru?

Had a look at RAWs (only can access chapter 9 which is the newest I think).
The glasses girl is on the farm, helping I presume. Gyaru says that MC is ok, but glasses girl thinks he might be a predator. MC accidently walks on them changing and earns a massive slap from the glasses girl. As the chapter ends, glasses girl vows to protect the gyaru.

Obra legal. Proposta interessante, arte decente e personagens divertidos. Vou acompanhar, "Ah shit, here we go again"

Cool work. Interesting premise, decent art, and fun characters. If you look closely, you can draw a parallel to Stardew Valley: MC is a burnt-out corporate slave, moves to the countryside, finds out his new place is completely run-down, becomes a farmer, and the FMC looks a bit like Haley. Bottom line: this is gonna be Peak. I'm definitely following this, "Ah shit, here we go again"

The art is a bit stiff, and the story is kinda whatever, but I do want to see how things unfold and watch the growth of the artist.

Not bad, not great so far.

The art is a mixed package. Overall pretty good, especially the environment is well done. Characters are mostly fine, but some poses can look weird. Facial expressions are maybe a bit flat except for the FMC. For how many panels prominently feature her tits the author isn't very good at depicting large chests. But overall it ain't bad at all in the artistic department.

What doesn't do it at all for me so far are the characters. Why the hell is everybody behaving like they're fourteen years old at most?
The male MC is supposed to be twenty-eight, but he reacts like your average teenage virgin romcom MC when he sees a bit of cleavage or finds a pair of panties. He's also a doormat who constantly gets pushed around.
The female MC is high energy and drags the reluctant guy around in her wake. Pretty par for the course for gyaru characters. What I didn't like was when she set him up for blackmail material to force him to help her with her farm. Not cool at all and should have considerably soured their relationship.
Other characters like the guy's coworker, the girl's fellow student and the dude on the tractor all repeat the same shitty trope of instantly jumping to ridiculous assumptions off of very little information, behave entirely over the top, and then get reined in after doing dumb shit. Resorting to this dumb trope three times within seven chapters does not bode well for the authors ability to think up interesting arcs and believable characters.

It's not the worst start, but there's certainly room for improvement for the author.
