It is indeed unique in that sense that he actually makes moves on girls. Now the problem is term girls not girl. In sea of herbivore, blue balled, ED MC's this one stands out in sense that he crossed the line of hand holding. THE PROBLEM ONCE AGAIN IS THAT JAPANESE AUTHORS ONCE AGAIN DIDN'T TAKE THE GOLDEN MIDDLE LANE BUT A FUCKING SHARP TURN TO THE LEFT.
God, Jap authors are edgier than any edgy 8th grader sometimes. Why can't they make something NORMAL? Either a pussy who can't decide or take actions for decades or a POS who tries to fuck everyone.

Okay finally read to ch 38.
I still think MC is POS but to a lesser extent(slightly). He is basically playing around with 3 girls, i do not know if the girls know something (wouldn't be surprised in that kind of manga that girls had some strategy meeting of sorts later on i will tell why).
Story is very artificial and events feel as plastic plants in someone's room, they look nice but that's that, no practical use. Every event and interaction is perfectly placed for convenience.
I really was horny after reading this, quite a rare sight. Women are quite skillful in creating something really erotic via literature, men er greater at visual stimulation. Here? Author is a good drawer of erotic pictures and erotic dialogue (and situations). Basically speaking it would be a nice hentai, the art, the dialogue, the situations are erotic. But when taken with sober mind it's scummy overall, by situation it's cool but when looked overall other situations with all other girls....it's not something you should feel good about.

Now for the big fat minuss, it's the morality of everything. I like my harems clear, you inform everyone and everyone who isn't agreeing can leave freely without drama. Here? Everyone is vague and MC for example doesn't reject girls advances (no accountability....<- some will understand where i'm coming from) and does it with everyone.
My teenage self is excited, my adult self is disgusted and sadly adult self is much stronger than teenage self.

P.S. Tread carefully, for now this is just a feeling, there are some dubious evidences and leads towards my speculation. Foundation is laid out, if it happens to them, why can't it happen with him? Or other parties having sexual relationship and getting off from it.....So yeah fence is getting narrower.
MC's entire character arc doesn't make any type of logical sense. I personally hate Harems because I think they're lazy. The only way I can see this going is if it blows up entirely. I wouldn't be surprised if the writer has no idea how an actual teenage guy operates.
He goes from a normal semi-passive teen guy to an absolute POS AFTER realizing he likes the main girl. Its weird seeing him suddenly with the slightest hint of interest from any girl decide they should bang. In comparison to an earlier chapter where his character struggles to kiss a girl.

I'm very disappointed with this manga, the initial plot is about Akira not being interested in Shino and Shino wants to approach Akira to be his girlfriend but why does the plot suddenly become a harem? and Akira, who was originally cool and quiet, turned into a perverted man. Even though Akira wanted to confess his love to Shino, why is Akira having a relationship with another girl? ahhh damn
