Damn, guess I won't be continuing it then if depression is all that's in store for me. Assuming it's like an AnoHana route where ghost girl passes on with a send off.I read the raws for this the ending was pretty bittersweet
I myself don't know much Japanese, though I do know some words from those food and travel YouTube videos and of course anime when I watch it subtitled. Maybe not many people are reading lesser known/lesser read manga on here so the translations get abandoned, or because they people don't have the time or have lost interest in continuing to translate the mangas.I don't mean a big group with their own site, more like 2-4 people who liked it, want to practice their japanese and are willing to put in the effort to see it finished. I've seen it happen a few times on smaller books and while it's certainly not guaranteed, it is far more likely if people remember it exists.
Translators drop stuff all the time, I get why, this stuff can take up a lot of time and resources. This can also get picked back up an seemingly random as well, it's why I never remove stuff from my reading list. I've seen things return after three plus years of inactivity.I myself don't know much Japanese, though I do know some words from those food and travel YouTube videos and of course anime when I watch it subtitled. Also a note to anyone that wants to help a manga get picked up, do what this translator did but wait until right before summer break. Every year I see at least a dozen series rise from the dead as soon as the high school and collage students have the free time to do it.

Yessssss! That was a damn good one. Hmmmmm, think it's time for a re-readI, too, hope the translator reconsiders and picks this series up. Even if releases are slow, I doubt they'd be biennial.
Here's a mangadex link to It's the Work of a Ghost, as advertised on the credits page. It's also from the time of the cute-ghost comics boom, but I imagine everyone reading Ghost Behind the Gyaru has already read it too.
Actually The ghost reincarnated as yuna daughter in the future
