That's still wizardry for the uninitiated. More people in today's society just expect shit to work.
I did the same for a mom and her children at a park a month ago. 10 long minutes of fiddling with the chain under the June sun and she was about to give up and abandon the bike. Only took me a minute, and she was grateful for the help.
