@deezenautz Osamu Tezuka was writing MW back in the late 80s, that manga had some controversial, hardcore and extreme male on male scenes, some of them including murder sex (can't remember if the murder happened before, after, or while the sex), and it was pretty much mainstream despite the touchy subjects and niche topic.

And that's coming from Tezuka the god of manga himself, as mainstream an author as anyone can hope to get, those bags could have the wildest shit if they just go around digging for niche porn in the 90s.
