I know what video you're talking about, and iirc it was "how to eat a burger that's too big for your mouth with proper etiquette" was with a fork and knife. So many restaurants make burgers that no human can reasonably take a bite of because they're so tall. So he suggested deconstructing it and eating it with a fork and knife.
