Why is it called "Ch. 3" when it's clear it is the second part of Ch. 2 ? (My reference is from pg. 5 of Ch. 1)

While that's true in the volumes, this group is following the raw site which for some reason lists each part as an "episode" e.g. Ch 2.1 is Episode 2 and Ch 2.2 is Episode 3.
