man what is even going on anymore? what happened to the queen that was sorta controlling the king and was on MCs side? she has just vanished from the story. where/how is the king even exerting so much power right now? werent they at the dragon gods kingdom seeing as the whole ordeal with the "evil" dragon just finished. assuming they all went up north to the frontlines against the deadmel last i recall it was just a fort in no mans land not some place that had secret hideouts and what not. not to mention previously it was only the forts residents that were (struggling) but holding the fort but now they have the assistance of 3 other countries? Where is the threat exactly? I know you only need the "special mithril" weapons to actually kill em but they can still be pinned down and whatnot by vastly superior numbers.

man i binged this all today and it started interesting but kinda just kept going downhill with the family members that are supposed to be smart (except for tanned karate girl) being absolute idiots outside of very specific moments for "reasons" that the author doesnt even really show and even the antagonists kinda suck. esp with this king turned antagonist now for no reason while throwing out previous events and characters tied to him (ill say again, what happened to the queen that the manga made a point of him deeply caring for?) and making him dumb as a rock.

In any case this is a dumpster fire. It will eventually end up in rape, which is why I dropped it. Kind of like ZINGNIZE where the FMC kept getting gropped and rape baited all the time to the point where I safely disregarded it as a trope and then BOOM,
